Private Label Portal®

Nationwide, UX Design, 2021

Insurance agents were given the ability to create custom agency websites that give the ability to complete the entire sales process online at any time. With the Private Label Portal, agents are able to view metrics and performance such as quote starts, quote completions, and policies issued. This project provided top-line growth while driving cost efficiency through automation, with a projected $2M in sales for its first year.

Nationwide Express Private Label Portal®

This was a cross-collaborative effort to provide insurance agents with the ability to create agency-customized versions of Nationwide Express, providing Nationwide with top-line growth while driving cost efficiency through automation. Through this portal, agents are able to make and track sales, track metrics, asdflkjsdf. In addition, agents are given the ability to set up referral links, etc. Within the first year, this product was able to generate $2M in sales.
